EcoFlights provides independent travel assistance and booking support. EcoFlights is not an airline and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any airline unless expressly stated in writing.

Fares and availability

Airline fares, schedules, seats, and availability can change without notice until a booking is completed and confirmed.

Pricing and fees

Before authorizing payment, you should be told the total amount being charged, including the airline fare, taxes, and any applicable EcoFlights service fee.

Passenger information

You are responsible for providing accurate names, dates, contact details, and other travel information. Passenger names should match the identification used for travel.

Airline rules

Tickets and travel services are subject to the applicable airline’s fare rules, change conditions, cancellation rules, baggage policies, and other terms.

Changes and cancellations

Change or cancellation eligibility depends on the applicable fare rules, airline policies, availability, and any service terms disclosed before confirmation.
